I called a few times and they just pick up the phone and hang it up! Not very professional at all!

I was placed into this place at one of the worst times in my life, I had paralysis in my lower half, and no one could figure out why. This is the worst place imaginable to send your loved ones, so not send them here unless you have a vendetta out against them. The food here is burnt, tasteless, and they reuse food from days before, only turn it into new dishes way past when you are suppose to use food. The place is a lie, I was shown a website, and nothing from the site fit the place once I got there. The staff plays around, ignores clients, and leaves clients needing things for long periods. There is thiefs at this place, I had a bunch of my things high valued items stole when I went to have a surgery. The head of the place is rude, neglectful, and you never see her she is like the Wizard of Oz only there are no curtains just a lack of respect, and no contact with clients. The place is dirty, the bathroom in the room I was in had stains and what seemed to be mold, and the power outlets in my room never worked in the 4 weeks I was there. I was given a broken bed upon arriving, and it took them almost a full week to get a bed not broken. Staff at night especially are rude, I was screamed at, and made to have a panic attack by a certain staff member. This is no place to do rehab, and this for sure is no place to put your loved ones long term. I would not put my enemies in this place.

"Oh we fixed that" no you didn't it's still leaking but finally brought a new one.... still haven't gotten my room fixed like I want it arrange but still been over a week & nothing... takes forever to get anything done...& most staff are great & others. Wow when I used to be a CNA we never told any of our higher ups off or cuss like a crazy person, quits & comes back to work again doing the same as before n about a month or so...Love my big spacious room by myself. Lived the life of a roommate for 3+ yrs. Didn't care much for that but I'm loving my room by myself! Thanks janice
