My son was admitted to this facility after a stroke and the staff from the front desk to the nursing staff and activities and social services has just been amazing i can’t remember everyone’s names but Mica Missy Ruby Amber Tonya everyone has treated my son like family thank you so much and I pray Gods blessings to you all 👍 I felt a new review was necessary cause even though there are some great workers the discharge planning is not good my son was discharged without any arrangements being made for a safe and health Living place social services discharged him to a camper with no running water and I had informed her of this weeks ago i am his POA and I was not notified of his discharge Jessica the social worker was very rude to me when I talked to her on the phone nothing was set up for my son to have home care no doctor appointments the nurse practitioner who discharged should have done a more thorough examination so now my son who forgets to take his medicine and is in some serious medication is now living in a camper with no running water and no refrigerator he needs help with his ADL’s he has no transportation i am disabled and can’t help much this has put an awful stress on me and Jessica complained to me several times about being the only social worker there and having to take care of so many people one day she was so angry I was trying ask her a question and she told she didn’t have time have a nice day and hung up on me in my opinion that is very unprofessional if she can’t handle her work load then perhaps she should go elsewhere i just pray that nothing happens to my son as a result of poor management of his discharge
