DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. IF YOU TRULY CARE, YOU WOULD DO ANYTHING ELSE. BECAUSE IF THIS PLACE, I LOST MY AUNT.

I was here for rehab almost 3weeks. The rehab was very good and the care I received from staff was good. The complaint I have is the cleanliness of the bathroom & my room. Neither was ever cleaned. My bed sheets were changed once and bed was made once. Food was not very good. I hope they improve on cleanliness

My grandmother was at St. Elizabeth Home for 6 weeks. She had a great experience and was able to go home and make a full recovery. The staff were very attentive to her needs and the Catholic Sisters were very gracious!!

If your loved one needs nursing care I would NOT recommend this place. My dad was here after he broke his pelvis. They take 2 hours to answer his call light and when you try and go find a nurse you can’t find one. I have complained and called numerous times and they always say “ that is unacceptable” then fix it! Also, the nurses sometimes would go by the room and turn off the light and not go in to see what they need. The therapy was good but that is about it. Thank god I had him moved to a place where the nurses are great and he loves it.

I was here for about a week for physical rehab. I had only good experience with the staff, in particular Blake and Tiffany, as someone else said. Gotta say the chef is a nice person as well; sure, the food was a bit bland, but certainly acceptable for the mainly elderly residents. I loved the biscuits and gravy, and the Latinx- influenced food. Enough about food, I was gonna dock them to four stars because sometimes staff did not respond quickly to the call button, but then I realized I was doing well and others needed help more than me. I'm so sorry that others had a bad experience with their loved ones here.
