Reasons to Love Our Apartments
Our spacious apartments are designed with you in mind, regardless of your level of independence or need. All of the apartments are move-in ready, and built to fit comfortable beds and couches. Some floor plans also feature kitchens and kitchenettes for those who are able to and enjoy cooking at home. Every resident has a private apartment—no sharing space with a complete stranger.
We have eight different floor plans that each have something unique to offer to our residents. For our memory support residents, the St. Francis plan provides a safe studio bedroom with a full bathroom, seating area, and patio space. The assisted living residents can occupy the St. Bernadette studio apartment or Guardian Angels two-bedroom apartment.
Included with the rent for the memory support and assisted living residents are all common utilities, including heat, water, electricity, cable, internet, laundry, housekeeping, transportation, and more. Three daily chef-planned meals and a snack are also included, as well as the 24-hour care that residents receive from nurses and other care staff.
Independent living residents have five different floor plan layouts to choose from. For these apartments, there are both one and two bedroom options with kitchen and dining areas, as well as living spaces. Two bedroom apartments all have 1.5 bathrooms.
For the independent living apartments, included in the rent are heating, water, electricity, cable, internet, washer and dryer, continental breakfast Monday through Saturday, and 15 chef-prepared meals each month. Upgraded floor levels, pet fees, and housekeeping services are an additional cost.

St. Anthony’s independent living apartments allow you to continue your busy lifestyle while taking away all the pressure of maintaining a home. Our amenity-rich community offers spacious floor plans, underground parking and abundant on-site features such as our very own fitness center, salon, games and activities, community garden, dog park, restaurant, pub, library, art classes and Daily Mass in our on-site chapel. Short hallways allow for easy access to all of the community amenities.
We are located in the charming Brookside area, near Waldo and the Country Club Plaza shopping district, offering the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping at your leisure.
Each floor in our independent living offers sunrooms where residents can gather with friends, enjoy a quiet place to read the newspaper or relax.
