Poor communication, especially given pandemic limitations on visitors, poor support from SW, poor nutrition options.

My rating is on behalf of staff there is a big language Barrier some staff just wont speak at all making a 8 hour shift pretty uncomfortable

Nice staff but kinda boring for residents.
