Springs Ranch is THE BEST! My mother-in-law was in Springs Ranch for six weeks before passing the other day. We showed up at all hours unannounced, particularly in the last couple weeks, and found the staff to be consistently engaged, loving, respectful, and caring. The facility is very clean, and they have lots of activities throughout the day to keep our loved ones engaged.<br><br>In the past week before she passed, at least one of us was there at all times on vigil. I can confidently say that every employee at Springs Ranch treated Sally B. (mom) with love that truly demonstrates a calling for caring and ministering to those who are in "heaven's waiting room." I can't thank the staff enough for loving mom through her Alzheimer's struggle. From the moment we moved her in until the funeral home rolled her body out (with the staff lining the hallway and playing "Amazing Grace" to see her off), this has been a top-notch experience. Our family has the highest recommendation for Springs Ranch. You are the BEST, and may the Lord continue to give you the strength, grace, and joy in serving our community! <><

I was very impressed with the depth of care Springs Ranch provides. As an outside visiting clinician I witnessed the culture of their team behind the scenes. From what I experienced they are very loving, kind, genuine people. One employee even stopping to sing to some others to encourage and brighten their day. The ED volunteering time in support of local community-based events. I had a great experience spending time in this community, and it would be a top choice if I ever need support for my own family. Leaders at Springs Ranch should be very proud of their team.

By far the best place i could have had my mother reside in. Her Dementia seemed fairly mild, but there were still moments of confusion that were addressed and taken care of. They were always on top of making sure food and fluids were available. They also made sure to try and match her with other residents to help her be more social and give her plenty of opportunitiesto be outside her room and even encouraged it, though never pressed if ahe wasnt feelinglike being too social. Billing is easy and they make sure to break down all charges to the rent, be it supplied Depends, extra pads, more one on one care for certain needs. The Staff is incredible and ALWAYS attentive to the resident and their family. When my mother passed from the Dementia, the Staff were so very respectful of her even in passing. Providing their time to listen and be there if I needed the support. I HIGHLY recommend this Facility that felt more like a home.

The team at Springs Ranch is incredibly dedicated to providing care and comfort for each of their resident's unique needs. They take pride in being able to offer a safe, homelike environment that truly supports aging in place and it shows!
