Our experience in transitioning my 96 year old parent has been exceptional. As soon as a decision was made to move her from independent living, we were put in contact with Ginia Lewis. Ginia was wonderful, caring, and attentive. When we arrived, Ginia was prepared and very informed on details for my mother. We appreciate Ginia and all her assistance. Spring Oak Tricities has been a fantastic home to my mother. Their memory care unit goes above and beyond to keep her busy and engaged each and every day. The facility is always clean and inviting, making the residents truly feel at home. We've had zero concerns for her safety and well being while under the care of Spring Oak. Management and Staff have taken a difficult transition and made it worry free.

The staff is very attentive and motivated to answer my questions. The site appears clean and free from clutter. The residents seem contented. Upper management is consistently helpful and available to answer my questions. The team makes an effort to provide good respite care and walks you through the process with ease.
