My wife was admitted in late May with a broken hip. While she received good care while she was there until June 4, 2026, I have had an incredibly hard time (over 2 months now) getting a refund due to overpayment. After numerous calls, no one has been able to help me. Sadly, my wife passed away on June 4th and I really don’t need this headache right now! Attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Worse patient food ever! I cant even believe the unhealthy choices and poor quality, who's doing the food prep, you would get better food out of a dumpster, not even kidding, only consistency is the lack of quality food at every meal. it's like they dont want to get anyone healthy and get out of this hole. hummmm. #soundslikeascam

I was in Spring for rehab a round June 22, 26 after back surgery. I had an incident where a nurse put me on toilet and then left me there to go do something else. They are supposed to wait outside door to be sure I get back to bed safely.<br>I had many times sitting in my own stuff with them saying have to wait until breakfast was over. Then I had a night tech come in at 3am when I called. I told her I needed to be changed. She SHRUGGED her shoulders and left. I did not get changed until 8:30.<br>I was only in there for 4-5 days. I checked myself out and went home with my husband. I’m 71 yrs old.

My mother, Theresa Brandon, was their first trach patient coming in for a short rehab stay and with her being non verbal she was a challenging case to take on but they did it with grace, dignity and compassion. The Administrator and the rest of the staff were always so kind and the nursing staff took exceptional care of my mother. The CNA’s always greeted me with a smile and told me about my Moms day.. it truly meant the world to me and to her. Before she came home I could truly see a difference in her. The rehab team killed it because even though they were extremely busy and didn’t have time to fill me in on her progress I could visually see it daily. I heard her voice for the first time since her stroke while there. She told me Happy Birthday and it was amazing! Thank you Spring Meadows and keep up the amazing work! Also, Max the dog is such a sweet joy to have around! Thanks for sharing him with everyone!

Our family will always be grateful for the love and compassion shown to my mother-in-law during the final three weeks of her life. From the moment we walked through the doors at Spring Meadows, every single person made us feel welcomed and cared for.<br>The entire staff at Spring Meadows, from the Director and the front desk receptionist to the nurses, caregivers, and support staff treated my mother-in-law with genuine dignity, kindness, and respect. They also treated our family with incredible compassion. It was evident that this wasn't just a job to them; they truly cared.<br>What impressed us just as much was how they treated all of the residents and even one another. There was a culture of kindness and teamwork throughout the facility that was impossible to miss.<br>We cannot thank this wonderful team enough for everything they did for her and for our family. We wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate and high-quality care.
