Everyone is so helpful here! Staff are really friendly and take good care of me. Staff will even come in just to talk to me to keep me company because it can get lonely sometimes.

My grandmother came from the hospital not to long ago My grandmother has been here for about 3 weeks I met jada and Ariana who were so loving and great towards my grandmother. She feels really welcomed here they take so good care of her, she hates when they don’t even work sometimes already this soon . the nurse really showed she wanted the best for her as well. I was real skeptical on the reviews but they’re ok in my book as of right now no complaints. She’s gonna be here for atleast a month so let’s see how the rest of the stay goes.

My father was there and I am His POA. This facility could do so much better! There were sugar ants all over table and trash all over the floor. He was there for rehab and left him in his bed all weekend. He ended up in the hospital fours days after he was discharged. They never gave him a shower, didn’t shave him. The food was horrible. The people kept telling me that my father could go to his appt since he was cognitive, but his strength didn’t allow him to be physically capable of getting to the department. The Patients have to wait for everything. My father sat in the wheelchair at 11:00 and had to go to the bathroom and was told he wasn’t allowed to go to the bathroom from 11:00 to 1 cause of lunch so he had to hold it or go and sit in it. People were not really nice when you passed them. The techs were always grumpy and looked like they didn’t like their job. Dad complained that the PT was mainly group therapy and it was just hitting balloons. The rooms are small, cramped for dual occupancy and dark. When my dad had to go back to the hospital, he cried because he thought he was going back. I would not recommend. Yes, I have talked two times to their careline department and of course nothing was done. I really hope they do a rehaul of everything because it severely needs it. PS to your reply to take to careline or the other way. I have talked to both, with nothing done. While he was in there and when he was out.

While we had some issues during our stay, the therapy team is outstanding. Kalyn knows her stuff. Sonya from Social Services is incredibly helpful and kind. I've never seen anyone from the front offices take the time to personally visit rooms and encourage families to attend events, but she did just that for their New Year’s Eve party. Thanks to her, my brother, who initially didn’t want to go, had a wonderful time.

I recently visited my aunt and was able to enjoy a holiday meal with her. The food was surprisingly good! I wasn't expecting it to taste the way it did! I feel at ease knowing she is being served good food and that they are also looking out for her health needs as well. I was even able to meet a few of the employees the food director Mrs. JJ! She was so nice and caring and the activity aid Ms. Maria. They both brought smiles to our faces and helped us enjoy the day even more!
