Food is yuk. Understaffed. Nothing to do after dinner,place shuts down. Mr T is a gem. Judy, our spunky activity director, is wonderful. No maintenance at night . good luck. Major temperature problems in dining room, stifling or freezing and they can't get it fixed<br>Nursing is nothing more than giving pills

This community is warm and inviting from the moment you walk through the front door. I recently brought a client in for a tour, and she was treated so warmly and kindly by the team there. Moving a loved one is not an easy decision and it's important to me that the families I work with are treated with empathy and understanding during this process. Not only were we not rushed, the community relations counselor, Lisa spent so much time with us really understanding what my client's needs were and listening to what had led her to making this decision. The Executive Director also took time out of his busy schedule to sit with us. My client felt so relieved knowing she had found a place that truly cares about their residents and their families. The common spaces are bright, cheerful and warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spring Hills to anyone. It's a gem.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming place for their family member. Chris, the Director and Lisa, the office administrator were amazing to work with and very informative. Not only were they amazing, but the staff and residents were happy and friendly which meant a lot;as you can tell a lot about a place by how the staff and residents interact. The place was clean and the food was REAL food, not the pre-packaged crap you see at other places. 5 stars..

I came in over the weekend and met the Executive Director. He introduced himself as Chris and after spending some time talking about the reason that I came to start looking at a place for my Aunt Maureen. He made me feel so comfortable and took the time to ask me such deep questions and really got to know all my concerns and a great deal about my beloved aunt. Even though we are 3-4. months out from looking to move her in, I have to say that the community and the passion and care that I personally witnessed myself makes my decesion easy. I will be moving her to Spring Hills Somerset by mid-Spring after we relocate her from the west coast.

Top of the line facility. Clean, well-managed with an accommodating, knowledgeable and accessible staff. Spring Hills Somerset provides excellent care, support activities programs and amenities for the residents. The transition to Spring Hills for my mom has been a wonderful experience for her- she absolutely loves the place.
