Medication that I came in with is missing. When I came here I had enough medicine to last me until my next refill. Spring Creek confiscated my medication upon arrival, and within 2 weeks I was already "out". I tried to contact my pharmacy for a refill but it was too soon for refills. There have been more than 10 instances where I did not get all of my medication as prescribed. I've been out of one medication for THREE WEEKS!!! Not only that, they offered to let me have someone else's medication because they "don't use it". I refused because that is ILLEGAL!!! On top of that you have so-called nurses that not only not do things properly but have no idea what's going on. My health has declined in the short time being here. This place is mismanaged and should not be in business!!!

I have been a patient at Spring Creek for Quite awhile now. I cannot believe Such garbage re iews posted by Patients that are living here...First of all the FOOD Here is definitely Not gourmet... I have not eaten Any food here in the last year...And It's DEFINITELY NOT RESTURANT STYLE DINING like their broushore says it is...The feral cats In the backyard won't even eat it...There are a handful of Nurses that actually do care but most of them are here for a PAYCHECK AND just don't Care especially administrators, Sometimes they Don't even have all your Medications... The rooms are filthy all the time...I can go on and on what's wrong with this place but I won't do that today, But if you really hate your MOM,DAD,AUNT OR UNCLE OR FAMILY SEND THEM HERE!!! IT ALL STARTS AT THE TOP(ADMIN) IF ADMIN DOSENT CARE WHY SHOULD ANY EMPLOYEES CARE... STAY AWAY from Here if you're looking for a Nursing Home for A LOVED ONE OR AN ENEMY!!!!!

Would like to state this facility is amazing, had to make a very difficult but necessary decision to put my family member there, The facility is clean, the staff is incredible, very understanding, helpful, and more importantly sympathetic. They patiently answer all our questions and address all our concerns. Would like to Especially thank Dianne with intake, Lisa the head director, Gladys the nurse Manager, and all the other staff whose names i don't know, but who have brushed her hair, painted her nails, sang to her, we expected the ADL's to be treated, we didn't expect the extra kindness we are so grateful Thank you again

I am a resident, and I have nothing but good things to say about this wonderful clean, modern, well staffed, safe, facility. I have a traumatic brain injury and have been part of the allairefamily for five years now. But think that’s Spring Creek is by far the best. We are treated like adults until We give them reason not to that is the food here is by far the best all thanks to the great director of food services Nelly she has put together a fantastic team of workers who show up day in and to provide us with the highest quality of food available at any nursing home that I have come across in the morning we wake up to a great selection of eggs, cereal, hot and cold sausage toast a good selection of juice due to my brain injury my memory is running out although I know you will not be let down by the selection. Everything is served hot if that is how it is supposed to be and the same goes for the cold food and drinks all thanks to Dave, Ashley, Hazel, oh boy I hope they don’t get upset if i left them out, but my brain injury is really playing tricks with my memory and in the evening we have Nisha ,lola, laura, maria, roger I I WANT TO HAVE A SEPARATE SECTION FOR THE ONE AND ONLY AMAZING FELLOW LIBRA ELORA. SHE GOES OUT OF HER WAY EACH AND EVERY DAY TO MAKE SURE EVERY SINGLE RESIDENT GETS THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF CARE WHEN IT COMES TO MEDICAL NEEDS. SHE DOESN’T TAKE ANY BS IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN I’M PROBABLY GOING TO GET IN TROUBLE BY HER ON MONDAY FOR SAYING THAT, BUT I DON’T CARE BECAUSE IT’S TRUE. SHE MEANS BUSINESS IN THE MOST CARING AND LOVING WAY IF IT WAS APPROPRIATE, I WOULD GIVE HER A BIG HUG AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK BECAUSE SHE TREATS ME SO WELL AND IT MAKES ME FEEL SO SPECIAL AND CARED ABOUT. areme at reception her cousin janiya in activities and mom yolanda a top tier CNA. Who used to run the show in activities but moved up after years of hard work nurse Angela nur Excellent supervisors marcia, wislande, nurse/ supervisor marianne(6 stars) , frankie, i cant think of any others ( brain injuries, amiritee)🤣assistant administrator Isaac(6 stars)🌟se Niles nurse Anita (6 stars I keep going back and editing this review because)I think of people I didn’t think or give a shout out at shuman, i to my unit manager on the second floor amma, I used to think had something against me, but I have come to find out. She cares about me and all the other residents so much and she is such a kind soul so thank you so very much and my nurse Pat shumanif even when she says “no” i still wouldn't trade her for the world, she is such a great nurse, i dread the days she has off, every day when she leaves i check, “ are you going to be here tomorrow? And if she says no, I start worrying who we are going to get stuck with🤣 I absolutely cannot forget the director of rehab who just got me a new wheelchair by winning an appeal Kim. She is one of my favorite people in the entire building. I know all of rehabilitation gets sick of how often I come checking in for 🤣 just went through the process of getting me a new wheelchair by winning an appeal time to
