I am so incredibly frustrated right now. My mother had shoulder replacement surgery. A few days post op, the hospital decided to send her to a nursing/rehab facility. We chose Spring Creek becuase she has stayed here one time before, many years ago, and thought we would try it again. HUGE MISTAKE! She was transferred on Thursday afternoon. Before leaving the hospital they gave her pain medicine. She didn't receive any more pain meds until the next day mid mornimg around 10-11am. Today is Monday, and they just barely came to bathe her. She takes prescription eye drops for glaucoma, and they haven't even administered that to her. A nurse came in to draw her blood, set all the supplies down on the tray, then said she would be right back-she left and never came back. Trying to call the place a joke. NO ONE answers the phone. Only two of the 10 extensions have a voice mail set up. And, no one calls you back. I'm so frustrated, I want to move her, but can't get anyone to help me. If you are thinking of sending a loved on to this place for rehab or nursing care, RUN the other way.
