Mimi and the staff are always warm and welcoming when our church chime group comes to visit and share a hymn program with the residents. The staff knows their residents well and quickly gather the folks who will most enjoy our programs which makes it a lovely time for all of us who are in the chime group as well. We always enjoy our visits with the folks at Spring Arbor.

Spring Arbor has been a haven for my family members. My grandmother lived at Spring Arbor Apex from age 99 until almost 103. She made friends quickly, and we appreciated the staff.<br>My mother moved into Spring Arbor Cary over a year ago, after living in two other senior facilities. Despite giving up significant square footage, she quickly acclimated. Since her move, we (her family and caregivers) have been able to relax tremendously. With the watchful eye of her PA, she was prescribed appropriate medication, which greatly reduced her anxiety and other symptoms. With the night time staff’s knowledge of my mom’s symptoms, I’ve been able to turn off my phone at night, knowing she’ll receive the care needed. Prior to the medication changes and night time staff’s knowledge of assistance, I was receiving dozens of calls from my mother daily and throughout the night. Needless to say, my health was being affected. I’m grateful for the peace of mind I’ve received.<br>Spring Arbor is not perfect. Like all facilities that we have experienced, there seems to be too few staff. My mother does not enjoy waiting for help, but I imagine most elderly are impatient. As the primary caregiver, I am very grateful for the staff. They know my mother as an individual, and tailor their care to her. My mom is not one of their easier clients, so I greatly appreciate the staff’s acceptance of my mom’s difficult habits.<br>Spring Arbor has provided a safe, kind community for my mother who has more daily needs and requests than most! Thank you, to all!

This is one of my favorite mid-size communities. I feel Ashley does a great job at presenting the community & answering questions. Overall, I feel the management staff is approachable. They do their best to meet residents needs & communicate with family. They offer a variety of meal options and engaging activities.

A big shout out to Ashley Garner for welcoming one of our previous clients to their community. I can’t say enough great things about Spring Arbor of Cary! The professionalism of the staff is truly exceptional, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents and their families. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure needs are met and everyone feels comfortable and cared for. The atmosphere is warm, compassionate, and uplifting, which gives such peace of mind. It’s clear the team takes pride in what they do, and it really shows in the quality of care and kindness they provide every day. Highly recommend Spring Arbor of Cary to anyone looking for a caring and professional community for their loved ones
