We’ve had an excellent experience with this home health team. The nurses are professional, kind, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly. They communicate well with both the family and the doctor’s office, and our team!

Terrible communication. The nurse is very nice but fails to communicate in a timely manner, if at all. Apparently, the weekly visit is the only time that any info is communicated. Am not impressed with the fact that they push the Rehabilitation facility and find reason to decline helping with therapy at home. 30 days later, and I have managed to get my husband walking myself.......... thanks to no help.

I would love to give kudos and love to Kelli Padgett. She sat with our family answering questions gave me updates during the night of my sister in law during her transition. She explained stages of the hospice process and was so kind. I called and she answered. She updated me during the night. She’s an Angel and we were so blessed to have her in our lives. Thank you so much Kelli we love you. ❤️

I've had home health before. Specialized sent nursing staff that was pleasant, profess, and didn't waste time with redundant questions. My nurse (Nicole) was great at placing my wound vac. The supervisors care and follow up. I recommend

The staff and therapists at Specialized Home Care were so helpful when my mother in law was in need of care. They were all professional and knowledgeable and so very patient. The social worker even came on the day before Christmas eve just to make sure that we got the help we were needing. I highly recommend them!
