Seems like a nice facility, spacious I've been trying to get my father transfered here for months and it's pretty difficult with me not being able to get in contact with anyone via phone and then yall say your working on the transfer but his current facility says they haven't heard anything it was suppose to get an assessment three different times hasn't gotten one. It's unfortunate I guess yall don't want him there . Thanks for the nice tour though

My cousin is a resident at Southfork, and it looks like a nice place but it’s not clean. They don’t have cleaning people and the residents are cleaning their own rooms. Many of the people working there are always on their cell phones and they ignore the patients and call bells. It seems like their cell phones should be in their lockers during their workday! The night shift workers sleep. Check your loved ones in house “bank account” regularly!!! Need competent management here…
