I have to share my personal experience with this company. My aunt is a person receiving care from Eldercare. Fortunately she has Alzheimer's and dementia and she is happy not understanding how poorly she is treated. Don't get me wrong. The caregivers are wonderful and caring. But the person who said she's the owner is about as disgusting and unprofessional as it gets. This woman Peggy doesn't wash her hands and she tries to work with my aunt and doesn't wash her hands before she prepares meals. That's gross. She also tried to get my mother to engage in a hospice scam that would have been illegal I'm sure. The only reason I didn't report this company is because my aunt is content and I don't want to change anything at this point. Believe me when I say the moment my aunt dies I am going to file a complaint with the state and I will report the company to the department of health. One final note. This company has at least 3 pending complaints and court proceedings currently. This is available online and can be viewed by anyone interested
