South Mountain Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Vauxhall, New Jersey, offering a full range of healthcare services including rehabilitative therapy, skilled nursing care, post-surgical care, long-term care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, as well as respite and palliative care.
