South Haven Living Center

South Haven Living Center is an 84-bed skilled nursing facility in Wahoo, Nebraska, offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing, memory care, and adult day care services with personalized, resident-focused care.

The facility provides memory support care for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia, along with outpatient therapy services. South Haven is conveniently located 30 minutes west of Omaha, 30 minutes north of Lincoln, and 30 minutes south of Fremont, serving Saunders County and surrounding communities.

The living environment is organized around four neighborhoods called Alden, Sheridan, Reliance, and Lakemont, accessed through a Main Street entrance designed to resemble a small community. The Main Street features an ice cream parlor serving ice cream and popcorn daily, a barber and beauty shop, therapy gym, doctor's clinic, mailbox, and town hall area.

South Haven Living Center is a member of Vetter Senior Living and has received National Quality Awards, earning both Silver and Bronze recognition throughout the years. The facility was newly built in 2004, replacing the former Haven House Living Center.
