My grandmother has been here for almost 4 months and we LOVE THE CARE. We couldn't be happier with our decision to place here there. They have a bar, sitting areas, elevator it's amazing. If the patient doesn't feel like walking down or can't walk down they will deliver the food up to their apartment I mean I can't say enough great things about this place.

My mother has been living at Sooner Station, and the experience over the past two weeks has been completely unacceptable. Her air conditioning has been malfunctioning repeatedly, and despite multiple “repairs,” it only works for a day before failing again. In the middle of late July heat, this is not just an inconvenience — it’s dangerous.<br><br>They brought in a portable unit briefly, then removed it without explanation. Last night, a family member had to physically go get her because her room was so hot she couldn’t safely stay there. Not once has Sooner Station proactively contacted us to inform us of the ongoing issue. Every update has only come after we called, and all we ever hear is that they are “aware and working on it.”<br><br>For the cost of this facility, there is absolutely no excuse for failing to provide a safe, climate‑controlled living environment — especially for vulnerable residents in memory care. Two weeks of unresolved A/C problems in extreme heat is unacceptable, and the lack of communication makes it even worse. Families should not have to chase down basic information or remove their loved ones from unsafe conditions.<br><br>Sooner Station needs to take responsibility, fix this properly, or replace the unit entirely. Right now, they are failing to provide the level of care they promise and that we are paying for.

If there was a minus rating, I would choose! For 6 months, my family member suffered neglect, not given correct meds, dirty room, dirty clothes, and staff that were so miserable they could not be nice to anyone! No help from administration! Look elsewhere, please!
