I came and checked out Silver Elm for my mom to move into and their apartments are very well kept and the yard going outside is beautiful. She loved it because she will be able to keep her dog. Calia the manager was so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this place for seniors to live.

The price is way to expensive for the food to not be good. The residents have to pay for a covered parking spot when it should come with the apartment for the amount they pay. Management is rude. I wouldn't recommend Silver Elm Estates. Please lower your price, hire new office staff, hire a new chef. :(
