My loved one has been staying here, and our family has had a wonderful experience. The staff is caring, compassionate and always treats the residents like family making it truly feel like home. We also appreciate the 24 hour security, which gives us peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe. Anytime we’ve had questions or concerns, management has been responsive and addressed everything in a timely and professional manner. We are very grateful for the care and support they provide and would highly recommend this community.

I was here at Sinai for a little over two months, I just left today 4/30. I can say many different things about this place. First, when it comes to my health, the one nurse I want to express my gratitude to Tracy, the day time nurse on the 6th floor was very nice and treated me with respect and I could tell she genuinely cared for me. So a big thank you to Tracy. But, there were other nurses that clearly didn't know what they were doing when it came to my IV machine and just simple things. Physical therapy people did many things to rehab me back to my normal self. Actually, I thought the area for therapy was much nicer than previous places I've been and the therapist were very professional. The facility did have mice running around mostly at night, but what do you expect for a building that's inner city. I didn't see any infestation of roaches, at least in my area. I really enjoyed my stay at Sinai Rehab and would consider returning if I ever needed to. Thank you to the lady security guard, don't know her name but she was sweet. And the administration was nice as well, always spoke to you when they saw you. Thank you guys

I'm at the nursing home Sinai Post Acute Nursing & Rehab center, it seem like the cafeteria has an issue most of the time with preparing my food, I weigh 114 but probably less now off of not being able to eat properly at this nursing home I keep constantly complaining while a few nurses also don't understand why I'm going through this while trying to fix my meals as well but most of time fall short of it being corrected most times like they have no authority..I'm vegan so there's probably not that many vegan options which I totally understand, it just that i told the staff that I don't want no animal products or dairy products in my food that means no butter and definitely not no milk, they constantly send rice with gravy or less food like we're in some food games or their sending messages through food (I'm unsure) like we're in prison but my food tray keeps missing items or sometimes to be rare have a item that isn't listed on the ticket that is presented on the tray with my name I'm assuming for no errors.. I noticed long ago telling the nutritionist and also manager down stairs in the Sinai nursing home cafeteria that it's been a problem & they fixed it but when they have their backs turnt their missing up my meals again in this facility because she check my room with my order a few times, shame someone is almost making it seem like they don't know how to do their job, I'm a chef too I was finished Culinary Arts long ago & pretty much can tell that it's some sort of personal problem with me through how my food is prepared, I know of some individuals having vegaphobia which mean they struggle understanding veganism and dislike them, I'm a very nice person, no one's enemy really, who's doing this? I be suing too so I believe that the individual handling my food in their cafeteria at the Sinai nursing home is very rude, I do lie detector tests so there's no problem with someone knowing the truth on my side, I'm not greedy for food either especially when we have to fast some days as Christians & been vegan since a child, I'm losing too much weight & had to say something about it.. Try to have a blessed day.. [ missing items salad, 1x fresh fruit, another orange juice 2x not one, 1 ketchup, veggie burgers x2, cup of peanut butter..

The new leadership team at Sinai is doing a wonderful job! The new administrator (Yehuda) and new Director of Nursing (Hannia) obviously care very much about the residents and families, and they take the time to listen and understand. It is great to see so much improvement and positive morale at Sinai.

I want to commend the new leadership team at Sinai. Although the facility carried a difficult reputation in the past, over the last month I have seen a noticeable change in staff morale, cleanliness, and the level of care being provided. It’s great to see such positive progress.
