spent a lot of time visiting my parents at Silvermark Memory Care last week, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this memory care community.<br>Because it is a smaller facility, the level of personalized care and attention is truly unmatched.<br>The staff is incredibly compassionate, patient, and kind to everyone living there. The owners are highly hands-on and immediately available to help with anything we need, and the front desk team is always incredibly welcoming and personable. During my visit, it was so reassuring to watch the activity coordinators actively encouraging residents to participate in crafts, games, and short walks outside.<br>As an extra-special touch, they allowed my mother to keep her small dog, Tasha, with her. Tasha has quickly become a beloved favorite among the Residents.<br><br>I highly recommend this place!

She truly cares for each resident and pours her heart into supporting families through what can often be a difficult journey. Her dedication creates an environment where residents feel valued and families feel supported.<br><br>The caregivers and team members—including Amari, Bri, Jazmin, and Kyselene—are exceptional. They are always engaged with the residents and their families, bringing patience, warmth, and joy to every interaction. You never get the sense that they’re simply doing a job. Instead, they are committed to enhancing each resident’s quality of life with dignity, respect, and genuine affection.<br><br>I also believe this culture of excellence starts at the top. Owners Nik and Dee have created an organization where the promises made to families are truly honored. Their commitment to maintaining high standards is reflected in every member of the team and in the exceptional care their residents receive.<br><br>Silvermark is a place where families can have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are surrounded by people who truly care. That kind of heartfelt dedication is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.
