I’ve visited this building multiple times and am always impressed by the friendly, caring staff. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell the team truly cares about the residents and families. The DON Shanea is amazing , kind, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent care. Janet a CMA in Memory Care is absolutely 10/10 and goes above and beyond to make a difference every day! Mary Ann is always smiling and brightens the day! Scott, Linda, and Caren are also wonderful and each play such vital roles in making the community feel welcoming, supportive, and well cared for.

Silvercrest at College View has been a great place for my mother to live, starting with Independent Living then moving to Memory Care. From the very beginning, staff has been kind, helpful, understanding, and the caregivers are wonderful. We had many interactions with Karen and Shanea, and they are accessible, professional, and easy to work with. The in-house doctor helped straighten out my mother's prescriptions and took great care of her. In the almost six years that she lived there, she had a great experience, and we felt comfortable knowing she was in a safe, clean, caring environment. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Silvercrest at Collegview!! They were so wonderful to my mom during her 7 years there! All the staff were so caring and loving!

I recently toured Silvercrest at College View while looking for a facility for a family member, and it made me feel so much better about the whole process. The facilities were really nice, clean, and felt very welcoming. Everyone I met was super friendly and informative, and they took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It can be stressful looking for the right place for a parent, but the staff here made it feel a lot less overwhelming. I left feeling really reassured and grateful for how kind everyone was.

As an Elder Care Attorney, I frequently visit clients and friends at Silvercrest at College View. The staff is friendly and compassionate, and extends a warm welcome. The residents are active and happy. The hallways and rooms are clean, bright and provide an uplifting atmosphere. The nurses and staff are supportive.
