$162,000/year. No diapers in room. No towels in room. Toilet doesn't function. Worn out hallway carpeting dirty with permanent stains. The caregivers are outstanding. The problem is greed by Silverado leaders. Instead hiring more caregivers and adequately staffing, Silverado is focused on profits, not caring for people.

I am a Senior Living professional and recently visited Silverado in St. Charles. I was instantly impressed with the hospitality this community has from the moment I arrived. The residents were engaged in a music performance and the staff was incredible! Thank you to the Administrator, Jill, who took the time to meet with my colleague and I. You are leading an incredible Memory Care community in St. Charles!

I toured Silverado and really loved the community layout. Everyone seemed very happy- residents and staff! That really stood out to me during my visit. They have a really unique program offering as well and I like how they structure their care levels.

I have been there weekly for a year to visit a couple, one of which is a resident. When there is a concern they are exceptionally responsive. They are well staffed with trained and certified supervisors. The entire team is attentive and kind to the residents.<br>They schedule many regular and special activities, to provide as normal an atmosphere as possible for those who need the support.

My husband, 72, has been at Silverado for over a year and a half. It is naturally extremely difficult for me and my family. The staff, from caregivers to nurses to maintenance to administrators to the kitchen workers and the front desk are so kind and well trained in how to interact with residents. They provide a safe and loving environment. My family did a lot of research to find the best setting possible for our loved one. We are grateful for all that Silverado provides.
