Silver Touch Home Health Care team are the best! They served our Mom for approximately six months with nursing and home care aides. They really care about their clients. We never had a bad experience with any of their staff and they always went above and beyond. Our Mom recently moved into an assisted living facility. Therefore, we had to terminate our services with Silver Touch. But had she not moved, we would still be with Silver Touch. Anytime we ever had a question about scheduling or staffing, they were always so helpful and knowledgeable. They also were very flexible with their scheduling to accommodate our Mom's needs. They were very resourceful too. If they weren't able to contact our Mom for any reason, they would always reach out to us to help. Their staff will be greatly missed. If our needs for our Mom every changed, we would surely call Silver Touch again. We highly recommend Silver Touch for their home health aides and nursing services. Thank you, to all the Silver Touch staff.
