My friend went for rehab here . he was treated very well. he is home safe and doing great now.
Sami

Do not send your loved ones to this facility. The level of neglect and unprofessionalism here is staggering.

Severe Neglect & Safety Issues: My mother was dropped and injured due to a severe lack of care. It has been three days, and management has still not filed an incident report, nor has a doctor evaluated her injuries.

Medication & Call Bell Delays: Medication is routinely hours late; her 9:00 AM medication was not administered until 12:30 PM. Furthermore, she was left waiting for four hours with her call bell active. No one responded until I arrived in person to force the staff to do their jobs.

Deceptive & Hostile Staff: A nurse's aide explicitly misleads people by wearing a doctor's white coat and scrubs while mistreating patients. Additionally, the head chef came to my mother's room to yell at her over her medically necessary dietary restrictions. The kitchen consistently fails to deliver safe, non-spicy food, even rejecting simple requests like a plain hot dog.

Substandard Living Conditions: The facility is dangerously overcrowded, cramming three residents into a single room with minimal curtain separation. To make matters worse, they refuse to fix the promised room cable, leaving a bedridden patient with only three channels for months.

The staff can be ok but they are very rude and whe I call to speak to me son, they never transfer and when I go they normally on they phones at desk, he complains about patients stealing his belongings and coming into his room all day. When u ask to speak to someone in charge they play games and I'm not happy wit that. He's was there for two weeks and said the food was horrible and medicine never was on time. Administrator Jacob said it would be taken care of but never was which is y I moved him to a nicer place. Looks can be deceiving
