Eyeesha with Silverling has been amazing with my father. She is patient and always has a friendly demeanor. She assists him with whatever he needs. She dependable and always on time, which means a lot to my father. They have a wonderful rapport, which makes him feel safe. Tiffany, the Coordinator at Silverling, has been accommodating and making sure requests that are needed for my dad are handled including matching him with a caregiver who meets his needs. She has been flexible and responsive. I appreciate the partnership that has been built as it has helped us as a family in ensuring my dad is cared for.

My Mother needed in home care. We are dealing with dementia unfortunately. I contacted Silver Lining. They reached back out to me and things got started pretty quickly. I will say that my experience has been overall very good. I’ve been working with a lady by the name of Tiffany Marlow. She has always been available when I call or leave a message. Tiffany has listened when I say something is not going quite right and makes needed adjustments. My siblings and I are very pleased with the care our mother is getting through Silver Lining/Wilmington.
