I never had a vacation but I have had one here. Meals were great, showers were great, exercises were great. People that work here are WONDERFUL and I made a lot of good friends. Loved everyone I came into contact with.

The people were pleasant, friendly, attentive and all around good people. I was really impressed with the food preparation the therapist were excellent, the nursing staff was unbelievably nice.

I can’t say enough good things about Signature Healthcare of Glasgow. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel that the staff truly cares about their residents. Everyone—from the nurses and CNAs to the therapists and administrative team—goes above and beyond to make sure patients are comfortable, respected, and treated like family. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and the atmosphere is warm and reassuring. Communication is excellent; the staff keeps families informed and always takes time to answer questions with patience and kindness. The therapy department is outstanding—dedicated, encouraging, and genuinely committed to helping residents regain strength and independence. What really stands out is the compassion. You can tell the team isn’t just doing a job—they’re making a difference. It brings so much peace of mind knowing that loved ones are in safe, caring hands. I would highly recommend Signature Healthcare of Glasgow to anyone looking for quality care, professionalism, and a truly supportive environment.

The staff at this facility were super friendly from the time I arrived until I was discharged. The first few days I needed the assistance with using the bathroom. No names mentioned but cleaning me up wasn’t the best. After a few days assistance wasn’t needed as much, just helping moving the bedside toilet around for me. The business office was very very helpful with faxinh documents I needed to the hospital and my employer. My biggest complaint was just how long it took for someone to answer a call light. Sometimes it would take up to 10-15min before a CNA-Nurse would come to the room. Not for sure if this was due to a staff shortage. PT/OT were very knowledgeable and helpful. The overall staff were very nice and welcoming to my family/visitors. The communication at time of discharge to home health hasn’t been a great transition at all. I had to reach back out to get the ball rolling as I’m on day 4 without receiving any of my therapy. Shane Vance with the Maintenance Dept went out of his way to help move equipment for me to be able to come home. Ashley Jones never hesitated one time when I called or texted her with any questions I had.
