Some staff friendly and willing to help and answer your question and some not so! I actually had a nurse tell me she didnt make enough money to help me!! Will never answer the phone when you call to check on a loved one! ( in my case anyways) Rooms that I have seen are just plain nasty!! My family member was always dirty! Face, hands and clothes!!! Most of his belongings dissappear ed! Would not recommend for anyone!!!!

Only walked in the front door to give a resident his mail. Clean place and didnt have any noticeable smells. Entry/exit doors are always locked until staff buzzes the door.

I placed my husband there for rehab after he had surgery and because he does kidney dialysis. Thought we were placing him in a safe caring place. He received horrible care!! He had an open wound after surgery that needed to be packed daily. We found someone packed the wound with incorrect packing. He is also diabetic and his Blood Sugars were not checked consistently and insulin was not given when needed either!! His blood sugar reached 479 one evening!! His medications were not given consistently either. He was to be getting daily physical therapy and in the 9 days that he was there he had one day of actual physical therapy!! During dialysis, his BP dropped and EMS was called and taken to the hospital. I feel this was God’s way of getting him out of there!! Would definitely not recommend anyone taking a loved one there!!
