My dad has been there for rehabilitation & they've taken good care of him. He is a tall man & on the heavy side. He needed a shower. The people at the station said a shower was supposed to have been given by the night shift. The dayshift workers came to clean him that day. The food wasn't that great but we all had taken him food. The facility was clean.<br>Thank you Signature Healthcare

Signature of Fentress office staff were nothing short of amazing! When my family member was sent there they worked with us so well, Kayla was absolutely amazing in making sure all our needs were understood and met, she kept us well informed and continued to help us through the process of transferring her to the ER to another facility and into hospice even though my family member wasn’t there at their facility at the time she continued to keep me updated and was so kind and compassionate to all of us! We will forever be grateful for her and all the staff there for all the love and support they sent to us.
