Not impressed with the incompetent and rude staff. Must be the reason they always have registry workers running their building now. The med techs are ready to crash out and really need to take a mental health rest or get a new job before med errors take place. They also need to take a manners and respect for human beings course for starters! Be ware some of the residents do NOT belong in this type of setting safely. Check on your loved ones!

My sister has been there for 17 months. I love it and my sister loves it. The care staff and the Med Techs are amazing. They love the residents so much l. They do activities multiple times a day and the activities Director is amazing.

Sierra Ridge truly deserves a 5-star review. From the moment you walk in, you can see how clean and well-maintained the entire facility is. Everything feels fresh, organized, and cared for, which immediately gives peace of mind. Liz was especially amazing to work with. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything was handled with care and professionalism. You can tell she takes great pride in what she does and goes above and beyond to create a true 5-star experience for residents and families alike. Sierra Ridge is very lucky to have someone like Liz on their team. Her dedication and compassion truly set this community apart.

My Mother has been here for 1 month now and we are extremely pleased. The facility is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, the food is excellent (yes I have eaten here) and the warm, loving care that Mom receives is heart warming. This is our 3rd facility in 2 years and we feel this is “the one”. I would not hesitate to recommend Sierra Ridge to anyone asking. I would be happy to field any private questions.
