Thank you Sierra Oaks staff for all of your compassion and care. My mother is doing so much better since she arrived at your facility in the beginning of March 2026. She is thriving now and her health has improved substantially. What I also love about Sierra Oaks is they are connected with Juniper Clinic doctors (specializing in geriatric care) that do house calls to the facility every week. This for me, was a huge asset when looking for the right placement. The facility has much to offer for activities and fun. She has a ton of new friends. The food is great. I could not be happier with the level of care she has received. I want to give a big thanks to Jennifer Campbell the Community Relations Director for her role helping my mother thrive and find a special place at Sierra Oaks Assisted Living. I know my mom is well taken care of. Thanks again to everyone involved in my mother's care. You all are amazing! 👏

It was a wonderful luncheon! Decorations and tablecloths were just lovely. Giving a silk flower made us all feel special. Food was prepared perfectly and was delicious. Our table wanted the chicken recipe!🙂 it was a lovely afternoon. Thank you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sierra Oaks assisted-living. The level of individualized care and genuine compassion is outstanding. The staff truly takes the time to get to know each resident personally – their preferences, routine routines, and needs – and it shows in every interaction. What stands out most is how attentive and responsive the team is. Your loved one isn’t just another resident – they are treated with dignity, warmth, and respect every single day. It will bring your family so much comfort knowing they’re in such capable and caring hands. I also want to recognize the incredible leadership of the new executive Director, Michael Lang, who has been there for about four months. His impact has already been remarkable you can feel the positive, energy, organization, and strong sense of community that he has brought to the facility. His leadership clearly supports both the residents and the staff and it is elevated the overall experience at Sierra Oaks. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will receive truly personalized care in a welcoming environment, Sierra Oaks is exceptional. 💜

My experience of placing my father and his wife at Sierra has been excellent. Originally they were placed at Oakdale. I do not live in the area, but the staff and management made the transition fast and as easy as possible. After two weeks it was understood that my step-mother needed memory care. So the decision was made to move them to Sierra. My father and his wife had to be separated for the first time in 45 years. Sierra is diligently assisting both of them with this difficult change. My father is very difficult. His wife, sadly is suffering from dementia. Both are not easy to care for. Sierra is making this situation as best for them as possible. My father can keep his cat with him in the assisted living area and can spend time with his wife. I get regular updates and I can call anytime if I have concerns. The cost is appropriate for the services in the area. I live in New York City, and a similar facility would cost much more without the same quality. I am very pleased with the service at Sierra.

My husband has been in Sierra Oaks Memory Care since early November. Every time I go to see him the building and grounds are clean, and he is clean and well-cared for. I've dropped in during meals and everything looks healthy and wholesome. He has gotten agitated a few times during our visits, and the staff is well-skilled at calming him down. These people are very professional and patient. I admire the skills they possess for handling difficult situations. I can recommend Sierra Oaks without hesitation for anyone who needs memory care for a family member.
