Willow Springs has been a blessing to our family! The staff is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They put the care of the residents above all else and make us all feel like family. From the moment we stepped in to take a tour, my mom was treated with dignity and respect. I was so grateful for this as making the difficult decision to move her to a memory care facility was agonizing. The full calendar of activities keeps the residents engaged and gives them purpose, the meals always look and smell delicious, and visiting family members are made to feel right at home. I can't say enough good things about Willow Springs!

I had to find a place for my wife, she has Alzheimer's. I went on a tour and was immediately impressed with the care and cleanliness of the facility. The staff are professional, compassionate and caring. I was extremely worried about her when I dropped her off. They are taking great care of her. All my fears have been alleviated. I would recommend Willow Springs for anyone that is now in the difficult position of placing a loved one in a memory care facility.

When you need memory care for your dad, who do you call? Willow Springs looked to be the best for our situation. The nurses, doctor, a pharmacy link and social services all coordinate care and keep us in the loop. Covid shot? Flu shot? Ask and it gets done. If meds need adjusting they coordinate with the Dr and call you for permission to make changes. Care for your loved one with dementia is expensive but we know Willow Springs can make it work. Dad is in good hands. Willow Springs Memory Care gets 5 stars in my book!

Willow Springs staff are caring, knowledgeable, and easily accessible. I've visited many facilities in the area, and in my opinion, Willow Springs is by far the best. I am writing this review as a family member of a current resident. I am also a registered nurse who has cared for many dementia patients, including my own mother for several years. It takes special people to keep those with dementia happy, healthy, and engaged in activities. They do this very well, and we can't thank them enough.

The care staff at Willow Springs has saved my life. My mother-in-law was moved in to Willow Springs two years ago after a long stint in a rehab hospital in Southern California, for a broken hip and arm, following a fall. The staff had her up and walking, toileting and eating in the dining room within days. The rehab hospital had not been able to achieve that in months. The nurses and caregivers have been super supportive of our unique situation. Late last year my father-in-law was able to join her as he was 100 yrs old and going on hospice for age related decline. This allowed them to spend his final days with her. There are two “fancier” facilities in town but neither of them actually have a nurse on duty in the middle of the night. I’ve visited at all hours, even at 2:30 in the morning and there is always someone looking out for the residents. The staff feel more like extended family! There are wonderful family activities for the extended family, as well as plenty of daily activities for the residents. Individualized to the residents unique abilities and interests. This is a very sad disease and it’s ever changing, the staff keep up with the necessary modifications as it progresses.
