Just witnessed a woman who was doing her job get sent home because a resident said she took her shower by herself but the woman who had never worked on that hall a day in her life didn’t know she was even a shower until she was told after doing a bunch of put downs and the one shower she was told she had she did that shower the first few hours of the shift and she was doing rounds before and after that shower! The other aide on that hall did nothing much at that point but she did tell the new aide that the other lady who needed a shower was (self) They report the silliest things! Why would you do that to somebody??? The resident was coherent to make a decision to take a shower on her own and was on harmed from doing so

I would give less if I could my dad was there I asked for help boosting him 3 different times waited a hour before I did it myself when it came time for meeting bout go. Going home they didn’t bother calling me but did hand up on my brother then they turned around told myself and my brother they sent him home but didn’t then refused you let him call us told him every time he asked for the phone it was either in use or they where to busy this place isn’t only immoa but which. Is forced isolation and a form of abuse don’t worry when I called the administrator neither time did the bother calling me back stay away from here there plain awful I wouldn’t let them alone with my cat not along my loved one.

I was there to visit a friend currently staying there. The staff was so friendly and helpful while I was there. Every single one smiled and greeted me. The staff worked very well with patients from what I could see in the hallways. It felt so positive in your facility.

Very welcoming staff and attention to my mother’s needs. I am waiting to hear about having a scheduled meeting to determine her possible day to go home. We would like to have her in her home as soon as judiciously possible. Thank you for all your good work.

That particular nursing home has not had in the past. I stress in the past. Of a good reputation. Things smelled, not much stimulation. But, what I saw today was awesome. There was tons of positive interaction between staff and residents and no smell
