The staff at Shasta View treated our Grandpa with loving care until his very last breath. We are so grateful to them for giving him the best quality of life in the end. They treated him like family, and we took comfort in knowing he was well cared for. Thank you all for everything!

I recently went with my daughter so she could say "see you later" to a wonderful woman. I was skeptical as I have seen many SNF's that were subpar and in horrible condition. To say I was impressed is an understatement. The place was clean, no residents looked unhealthy or miserable. They had popcorn and a movie going for people who wanted to watch and there were smiling residents. I would definitely send a loved one here for care.

This place is amazing !! Very clean and handles their patients w love and care !!! Been to a few of their activities did they put on for the community? And they definitely go all out and involved their residence To be able to have an amazing time as well. Highly recommend!!! Rachel is Beyond the amazing and the way she is so attentive and cares for her stuff as well as her residence. Is mine blowing. Couldn’t ask for a better care center.

My dad stayed at this skilled nursing facility for two weeks after falling and breaking his leg and hip. He is a very independent man, so finding the right place for him was extremely important to us. There are only two SNFs in Red Bluff, and the first one we toured was a definite no. When we came here for a tour, we met with Rachel, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. She took the time to show us around, and right away we felt good about bringing our dad here. The difference was huge—the patients looked cozy, comfortable, and well cared for. The facility was clean, and the physical therapy room was impressive. During his stay, my dad received genuinely good care. His CNA, Maria, was especially kind, attentive, and thoughtful. When it was time for him to discharge, Kendra handled everything smoothly and made the entire process stress-free. Overall, we are truly grateful for the care our dad received. Thank you to the team for helping him during such a difficult time. We appreciate you!
