Well my mom was to get released from Mercy medical center I had to go get in home health care equipment. I was told this place would take her for 5 days and let me take her home after 5 days . I get everything in 3 days go down and talk to Angel the guy that's the head nurse. I record him telling me not his problem on what Mercy said and he won't release her for 2 to 3 weeks and asked if she had medi- cal supplement with her medi care. It hit me then it's about getting paid I have my mom sign power of attorney for medical Then today I get a call from my mom to come get her out please and was scared I go down to facility and she tells me Angel said he was gonna come by and throw me in the shower this afternoon if I did t start listening to him. I talk to the Dr on his rounds about it and he said that doesn't sound like Angel I said well here's the deal no one threatens an elderly person and scare them she was ready physically to leave but I wasn't going to leave her in there plus they were giving her antidepressants which has never been prescribed to her ever. Don't get me wrong there was a few nurses and PT people there that was genuine But I would highly advise not to put a loved one in there. I'm going down to get a blood test on her and see exactly what medicines they were giving her since they wouldn't give me records on what they were giving her

My loved one wasn't able to shower until 5 days after entering the facility because you have have it scheduled. Also they changed my loved one in bed instead of helping her get to the bathroom, which is just lazy and unhelpful. My family member went there in hopes of getting physical al therapy and we brought her home 3 days later. Stay far away from here!

I had 1000 taken from here I turned it in to police hoping that they then would talk to me about it but nothing was said or done about it I know the man in the next room had his money taken also I am very upset about this I did not put it on the inventory sheet as it came in later and I thought putting my purse in the bottom drawer of my nightstand I was ok. It was not it had to be someone that works there ! So beware if you stay there nothing is safe

My mother was there for three weeks. They were supposed to do physical and speech therapy. She came home much worse than she had been. She also had a UTI , she fell twice and was covered in bruises. I brought five days worth of clothes for her and they put all of them on their community rack. When I saw her she was always in some ugly outfit that wasn’t hers. We got two items back. I would never have her go back there!

I recently spent 3 weeks here after a difficult and lengthy hospital stay because I needed a lot of rehabilitation and strengthening and frankly, help with everything. And I can't say enough about the amazing staff here! The nursing team took such good care of me, while the therapists worked with me 6 days a week to make sure I regained all the strength I needed to go home. They are kind, compassionate, friendly, always smiling, always willing to go that extra mile to ensure every patient is as comfortable as possible. I recommend RBHC to anyone looking for short term rehab or long term care. The food was great and I never had the same exact dish twice. There are lots of different activities throughout each day, even for patients who don't leave their rooms much. The therapists, physical and occupational, are just fantastic! And the administrators are warm and friendly and spend a lot of extra hours at the facility. There's a great veggie garden that the staff integrate into activities and a sweet park out back with raised planters for access from wheelchairs. Above all is the amazing amount of compassion and true kindness that the caregivers have that make this facility so outstanding. 5 stars!!!!
