Received a referral from our Dr for home health care for my mother. Received six phone calls after 8:30pm from this company, extremely rude and inappropriate use of hours. Nurse just kept telling us what they DONT do and how she felt my mother needed another hospice company instead of home health. If her DOCTOR thinks she can do home health, then I think the Dr would know what is best. After all of these phone calls from these people and calling us again thinking we were another family, not knowing our names or addresses. Talk about lack of professionalism! Cancelled their care before they even started, no thank you!

We've been trying to get someone to come out to help with light house work and laundry. All we ask is that they be vaccinated and courteous enough to wear a mask.

My mother needs help with house work I'll shannondoah sends a woman named debra Ford who comes twice a week. She loads the laundry and the dish washer and vacs the.living room carpet. Thats about all she will do the rest of her time she talks on her phone. If she puts dishs away they are in the wrong place so that makes it more fun when trying to prepair food. Oh ive seen her use the Dish water in the kitchen sink for mopping. Mothers personal bathroom is filthy. There is no other word to descrbe it. Mom asked her once if she would go over the leather sofa with leather cleaner, and Debra asked her which part? And this program that mom is on alows for 2 three hour visits twice weekly. But she has never spent her time in moms home. Its a shame. People have the opportunity to make a difference in someones later days of life but simply just cannot or will not be bothered.

I called for a business matter and asked for the owner. Not expecting to get her (my sales call being one most owners receive constantly), I was pleasantly surprised to not only speak with her (she didn't know who I was), but that she was kind, polite, and generous of her time. I have not used their service, but when I eventually need their service they are on top of my list. If the style of management trickles down, then I've no doubt the staff must be friendly and caring.
