● For the ones who go the extra mile, take very great care of ur patients & do the very best you can. You are loved, appreciated, valued & acknowledged. I want to say thank you, job well done. I know it doesn't feel very rewarding at times, it is very necessary & you will be Blessed & Highly Favored!!
• How dare you respond to a negative review with "IF THERE'S ANYTHING WE CAN DO TO MAKE IT BETTER" do what? After the damage has already been done. Training ur staff to care, have empathy, love and care is what u can do better. What can you do, when it's after the fact!! What you can do better is the job ur being paid to do!! This is unacceptable, period!!
• My mother will be coming to this facility & looking at the reviews, I feel regret already. I will not play any games when it comes to my Mother. I will call every news station, the health department & file a neglectful lawsuit with no problem if needed. Hygiene, not having warm meals & medication issues, is very traumatic, especially already being in such a vulnerable state. I'm very familiar with the law, studied long enough in college, to do things that most are unaware of
• Main things that should never be neglected is HYGIENE OF PATIENTS (changing & assisting them when they use the bathroom if needed before, during & after in a timely manner) MEDICATION (that's life or death, can't be forgetful or sloppy when it comes to giving out MEDS & it has to be consistent)
FOOD (would you want to eat cold food, and hungry with no food in sight) when someone comes to ur facility it's for a reason. They need assistance, care, love, gentleness, patience & you to love ur job. •Things have changed drastically. It's just a paycheck. No one values care giving anymore. Put the patients first!!
NOT talking amongst each other @ ur station, like that's the job, relaxed on ur cellphones, just lazy and neglectful. The patients need help & it's ur job to HELP & ASSIST (not getting upset b/c they've used the bathroom back to back or need you for help) Find another career, where ur not so needed. Not with the people who really require love & care in their time of need, trying to heal, recovery & live peacefully, which they pay for. No matter where the form of payment comes from. The staff gets paid to take care of each person in that facility. You also knew what the job consist of beforehand.
• I understand this field is very under staffed, you have more patients than you should at times, however, it's a job that takes CARE & DEDICATION. You can't come to work in this field & think your going to have a relaxing, easy day in this line of work. From the reviews there's clearly no PATIENCE, STAMINA & WANTING TO HELP THE PATIENCE. You give the care you want
• I hope & pray things have turned around since the last terrible review 2 months ago & others. I am going to advocate for my mother!! I am very kind & understanding, but neglect i will not understand. You don't leave anyone sitting in their own mess for any longer than need be. You may be with another patient at the time, however, you make ur way to each one to clean them up!!! I don't understand leaving a patient soiled like that. Where is the humanity??? Would you want to be treated that way.
• I'm very sorry to all the people & their families/ loved ones, who had to go thru neglect, received cold food, medication issues, left in ur own mess! It's already a difficult time for the patient, if they are at ur facility, it isn't because they can do for themselves, IT'S BECAUSE THEY CAN'T. So please, take care of them, even if you don't go above & beyond. Simply doing ur job, will at best. Keep them comfortable and feeling cared for. Please make sure each person is clean, well fed & comfortable!! No one is perfect, things will happen we all are human. I'm speaking of blatant neglect, leaving someone in soiled mess & don't have the urgency to clean them up. If ur busy attending to anther patient, that's understandable
It's what you do or don't do after that.
