The health aide from this organization provided excellent care to my mother-in-law and father-in-law over the last 1.5 years and currently. This individual is dependable, patient, and compassionate under sometimes very difficult circumstances. Our family is very fortunate and grateful for the services provided.

My parents' health care provider has been very caring, reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She has effectively used different strategies to be most effective because of the unique needs of each parent. She has continually been in close communication with the rest of the family. Shalee Global Care Services has provided our family with a peace of mind throughout these challenging two years. When we weren’t permitted to come into the Assisted Living due to COVID, SGCS served as the support that we were unable to provide. I would give a 10 if possible! The provider has consistently been communicative, compassionate, and strikes the right balance in recognizing my mom’s limitations and encouraging her to push through her challenges, with dignity and respect. We are very grateful to have found Shalee Global Care Services.

The care that my mom has received over the last two years from Shalee Global Care Services has been outstanding. Her caregiver not only provides a high level of care but treats her with respect and dignity. She pushes her when necessary to achieve what she is capable of and is compassionate when goals are not achievable. Not only does she communicate well with my mom but she keeps my sisters and I informed of my mom's condition. She is our trusted eyes on the ground. Shalee Global Care Services is a true partner in providing providing care to my mother and for that I am so appreciative.

My family had used Shalee Global Care Services when my mother-in-law's dementia had gotten to the point that she needed additional care for her daily routine. This was our first experience working with an outside company, so understandably we had concerns about letting a virtual stranger work with our mom. From the initial interview, our fears disappeared. This company gets an A++.. The caregiver assigned to my mother-in-law was kind, considerate, understanding and totally trustworthy. She kept us informed at all times. We found "mom" to be dressed, clean and participating in activities whenever we came to see her, which was frequently. Most importantly, she always seemed happy. My mother-in-law has unfortunately passed away but I was told by the staff at the facility where she lived that they truly felt that it was the love that she received from her caregiver that kept her alive much longer than had been expected. Shalee Global Care Services is a wonderful company. I highly recommend them.
