Since my arrival at Serenity Estates approximately six months ago, Human Resources Sheri has demonstrated exceptional support and care. She proactively checks in on me and has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Her unwavering consistency and prompt follow-ups have fostered a sense of security and trust. I have never hesitated to confide in her, as she consistently demonstrates genuine concern and attentiveness. Sheri visits my room regularly to provide comfort and reassurance. My family and friends are deeply appreciative of her presence and the remarkable job she performs in her role.

Love this place. Been here for about a month and love it. Staff are fabulous and show lots of love. Some names I would like to give a shout-out that include Jessica, Stanley, Rebecca, Brenda, Sharon, Patricia, Matty, Debi, Duke,Chris, and Anna along with many others for excellence. To be honest their isn't a bad apple in the bunch. Another thing I love are the wonderful residence that I have had an opportunity to live with. If you are looking for a nursing home/assisted living/ rehab center for your loved one, look no further.

I have an elderly patient who resides at Serenity Estates Lincolnshire. As his physician,I have had medical concerns about him and have attempted to call them several times to speak to the nurses and physicians under whose care he is without any calls back and no assistance in the matter. They must either be too busy to care or not care for their patients if they don't return doctor calls.
