Serengeti has been a life saver. They are assisting my 96 year old father-in-law (Bill) who lives independently in his home, but needs some help a couple of days a week. His caregiver, Zoey, is phenomenal! She has such a positive attitude and upbeat personality she was able to win over my somewhat cantankerous father-in-law which is amazing. In fact, we started out at 5 hours a week in April even though he was eligible for more and now we're up to 10. She is thorough, professional and dependable. She clearly cares about her clients and wants to provide them with best experience. And, the staff at Serengeti are also wonderful. Both Alyssa and Monica have made sure we had the information we needed in a timely manner. They listened with empathy to our concerns and addressed every question asked. They have been very responsive. All 3 of them have been VERY respectful of Bill and have made him feel valued and that he has a say in his overall care plan. Just can't say enough good things!!!
