Seniors Helping Seniors is by far and away the most compassionate, communicative, and reliable home care company I have ever encountered. My father was discharged from a sub acute rehab after breaking his wrist from a fall and needed additional support at home. The owners took the time to ask all the right questions to ensure the perfect caregiver was assigned. Val, my fathers caregiver, not only jumped right in and followed all of the specifics listed in the care plan, but also offered suggestions and recommendations on what else could be done to ensure my dad was safe at home. Part of what my dad struggled with was a lack of socialization and the companion aspect that Val provided was priceless. My dad even looked forward to his weekly visits! Living over an hour away from my dad, I felt secure knowing he was in good hands and being cared for. I am eternally grateful for the entire team at Seniors Helping Seniors!

We had a very positive experience with them when they provided care for our mom. The owners, Hari and Deepthi Menon took the trouble of coming and meeting us before care started. They helped us understand the process and went through everything in detail. They were very responsive throughout the process and very mindful of our needs. The caregivers were very well trained, caring, patient and gentle while providing care. Our mom actually developed a personal relationship with each of them. Can’t thank them enough for the affectionate support from day one of service.We highly recommend Seniors Helping Seniors at the Somerset center. We will definitely be using their services in the future and recommend them to all friends and family.

Our experience with this office has been so refreshing and genuinely positive. The owners really take pride in offering the best care possible and are deeply involved in every step of the process. We needed companion care for our mom, who lives in an assisted living facility, and we trusted the owners of Seniors Helping Seniors of Somerset to find the perfect caregivers and comfortable schedule for her. They took such good care of her and even stepped in as companions themselves when needed. It’s been a wonderful experience so far, and we’re excited to continue this partnership to keep Mom comfortable and cared for during this challenging chapter of her life.
