We had 1-2 days to find my aunt a place to go to from the hospital. Nick got a good sense of what home environment would be most comfortable and affordable for my aunt, one that had an excellent reputation for how they cared for their residents. He handled the move and got her situated. When I was able to visit a couple days after I was very thrilled to see how my aunt had settled in. She shared a room but the roommate and her got along splendidly. I have really never seen my aunt take to people and the place, she was very much a loner and really didn’t like people around her. It appears all that has changed. Thank you Nick, you were the answer to our prayers. The Groves is the best, love the workers and how they treat everyone like family.

I'm responsible for my 92 year old mom's healthcare and living arrangements but live 2500 miles away. After a hospital stay and a long rehab convalescence, mom's assisted living facility wouldn't re-admit her due to her increased care requirements. Nick at SLF was my savior. Quickly, calmly and with total professionalism he understood our requirements, explained our options, and located more appropriate care homes for mom. He was always available by phone and text whenever I had a question. When issues arose he consistently stepped up to help me and resolve them. Nick went above and beyond to communicate with me and ensure I felt supported throughout an emotionally challenging process. His caring and competence exemplify what everyone needs when striving to help a loved one find a new home.
