Don't ever put your loved in there hands!!! The first year they were great with my mom, but after that it all went to shit!!! She has had so many different nurses that never show up when they are supposed to. The aids are worthless, they never come on there scheduled time not even a phone call letting her know they couldn't make it. My mom is in a scooter and tries very hard to take care of herself, I am also very involved as well<br>They are so unorganized, mismanaged, and do not CARE about there clients. My mom has been sick for almost a week we called her nurse and the response was well if you don't feel any better you could take the van to come in to see the doctor. The van drivers are a whole different story. Our seniors deserve better care, they are still human!!! Where is the compassion with this company??? Do better Senior Life!! What if it was your loved one!!!!

Senior Life is the best thing that has happened to me. My nurse Maci is the greatest nurse ever. She does everything humanly possible for me. My only concern is the laundry service and since April my laundry has been messed up. I put my laundry out the night before as I was told to do and it was never picked up. An their is a purple bag of clean clothes that has been at center for about a month ago. When I called about my laundry that wasn't picked up and they told me to set it outside and it would be picked up the next day and it wasn't picked up again. I wish that this laundry service would get straightened out. An I wish I could have back the social worker I had. I am very upset that I don't have the social worker I've had. I desperately love everything they do for me and I am beyond grateful for the wonderful, amazing nurse I have Miss Maci. She always makes feel special and my 3 fur babies love Maci and we call her Aunt Maci. We always look forward to when Maci is able to come for a visit. WE LOVE YOU MISS MACI

Oh where to begin. Senior Life is a joke, its all about profit over patient. First thing is the aides that they send to the home, what a joke. Moms aides either didnt show or showed and did absolutley nothing. Nurses messing up moms meds not locking meds properly so mom with dementia overdosing because of carelessness. Second thing is once the get the elderly in a home and get their bonus they are forgotten period. No visits no phone calls no nothing. Iv call<br>ed 14xs in 1 month to talk to the so called boss in altoona senior life and was totally ignored until i exploded then i was the bad bad person. My mom was brutally beaten at altoona center and not 1 person gave a crap from senior life. My mom passed 5 days later and it was pushed under the rug as usual. They put on a good show with the new building but they truely r worthless
