Horrible business practices with no moral compass. Not for it’s clients or caregivers. Overcharged my client and was very misleading. If it’s a referral agency as advertised, why charge the elderly a monthly fee after someone has already been placed? Very suspicious!! Do your homework people and think twice before calling this place.

Tim Crawford and Linda are really the best and my family and I would absolutely recommend them to our friends. I hope that if my health requires the involvement of a qualified caregiver, that it would be Linda that takes care of me. The responsibility fell on me to find and select an in-home caregiver for my family. I looked at 5 organizations and conducted a pretty detailed analysis. I decided on Senior HomeCare Referral Agency based on these reasons: * Website was easy to understand and also presented useful information for potential customers * Reviews online were good, references were solid, and our social worker strongly recommended them * Their Better Business Bureau rating was good, and that gave me comfort. * Their ability to be straightforward, honest, and present to me options without a sales pitch. The entire conversation felt honest. My assessment is that Senior HomeCare Referral Agency stood above the other options because of their honest, transparent approach to the referral process. I knew exactly what I was going to get and that I had the ability to tailor the level of care directly with the caregiver. I really, really like that. Tim was more interested in referring a quality caregiver (that met all our needs) instead of selling us on his agency. He told us to interview caregivers from different Agency's until we found the best Caregiver. He didn't know we were going to choose his referral, but I'm sure he was very confident in referring the 2 great ladies during the interview process. One should explore all options when looking for care options for a loved one - it is quite an experience doing all the research. I can say with great confidence that Tim and his organization should be your first and last conversation for in-home care.

I can’t say enough good things about this group of folks! I worked closely with Tim, but each of the caregivers contributions were priceless. Communication was excellent, everyone was attentive and kind. I highly recommond senior HomeCare agency for anyone in need of excellent care.

Senior's is a wonderful organization! They have provided excellent caregivers for my mom. She has serious health issues and after the devastating effects of Diabetes and needs a caregiver 24/7. I want to thank Tim. We were extremely pleased with his efforts to refer 2 quality caregivers. Anna, and Jean were wonderful and were kind and provided the all of the emotional and physical support my mom needed. We love the caregivers and know that if one of them needs time off Tim can get us a quality caregiver to fill in for our regular caregivers. Everyone I have meet has been professional and generous with their time. I feel like my Mom is well taken care of and when I visit her every part of the house is tidy and well kept. My mom’s spirits are also up as she feels like she has the support she needs and we can visit without inconveniencing her. She loves to get out, and now has a constant companion to take to the store or doctor’s office when ‘she’ is ready to go. We have loved all of the caregivers, even the caregiver mom did like was kind and professional though their personalities were not compatible. It was nice that we get to choose, and even a good caregiver if not right with companionship we were able to find the perfect fit. Thank you all for everything you do to help my mom feel comfortable in her own home. I highly recommend this company if you need care whether it is full-time or part-time care.
