This health care has cut picking up grocery's for clients this cut in service's is an extreme hardship for those confined to wheel chairs and no significant other to help. In the winter this loss of service is even more of a hardship. The policy change shoud not be forced on those in wheelchairs. Bad management. the aide do a great job.
