Heaven sent!!! Senior Helpers of West Orange NJ came through in the clutch. They were instrumental in ensuring my mother was safe and cared for while we were at work. The caregivers were patient, understanding, experienced, and had a genuine spirit of caring. Paulette and her team were responsive, patient, knowledgeable of dementia patients’ needs, and supportive. We had an initial consult and then once care began, we had brief, productive Zoom calls to make any adjustments. Paulette went the extra mile such as visiting my mom when she was hospitalized. That really touched my heart. Honestly, Paulette and Senior Helpers exceeded expectations. That’s why I say they were heaven sent. Working with Paulette has been a very easy experience. She is patient, kind and caring when she is dealing with a placement that can be very hard for a family. She has extensive experience in the health field and numerous resources at her fingertips. She does thorough research to get just the right person for you.
