I can't say enough good things about Senior Helpers. They were there for me and my mother's care needs when life seemed bleak. And the people provided were caring and very responsible. It made all the difference. I was so very impressed with the way they accommodated last minute changes to the schedule, due to hospital visits and a dynamically changing care situation. They quickly and efficiently placed my dad with the perfect companion aide, Jamal aka “JJ”. He was warm, compassionate, patient and fun. We loved him! The staff at Senior Helpers were great, their communication and compassion about our situation was outstanding. We felt like our voices were heard. Abigail the aide was the best aide in the group, we loved her and would keep her forever if we could, she deserves a raise and a day off with pay!! And a 10 star review. A few weeks back our family found ourselves in a bit of a situation. Our elderly father, with dementia and living in a memory care facility, was not being looked after as well as he should have been. With VERY short notice, Senior Helpers jumped into action and provided 24/7 companion care for our dad while we sorted out next steps. The aids that were staffed were awesome, and my dad seemed to enjoy having their company. The peace of mind that Julie, Marian and the team at Senior Helpers provided was amazing! Highly recommend!!

I want to thank Senior Helpers for their in-home assistance in taking care of my mother for almost 2 years. Mom suffered from dementia and was living in a nursing home during the onset of Covid-19. We decided to bring her home to provide more personal care than she could receive from the nursing facility. We would not have been able to do that without the assistance from Senior Helpers. I firmly believe that it was the extra care Mom received that enabled her to enjoy the time we were able to share with her. In the 18 months she spent with us, Mary W (the personal care person we worked with) was the most patient and caring person I think I've ever met. Mary was punctual and reliable, and helped with Mom's day-to-day care, comfort and medical needs. I truly appreciate the support Mary W from Senior Helpers provided. I would not hesitate in recommending Senior Helpers to anyone that is contemplating taking on full-time in-home care for a loved one.
