You can really feel how much they value making clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for every single day. The owners are very involved and genuinely invested in both the clients and employees, and it really shows in the way the whole team operates. The office team also deserves so much appreciation, they’re welcoming, responsive, supportive, and somehow always manage to keep things running smoothly while still making everyone feel heard and valued. Being part of this team has honestly been so nurturing and motivating. One thing that really makes Senior Helpers special is that they care about their employees just as much as their clients, which is something rare to find these days. It truly feels like a team you can trust, grow with, enjoy being around, and be proud to be part of!

Senior Helpers was instrumental in providing assistance to my mother during the last year of her life. The quality of care provided by the Senior Helpers caregivers, and entire SH team, allowed my mother to stay in her independent living apartment although she had health issues that required a detailed protocol and skilled caretakers. The entire team is professional, responsive and thorough while also being kind and compassionate. I highly recommend Senior Helpers to anyone in the Cary area looking for caring senior assistance.

Senior Helpers deserves a 10 star review! I could not have cared for my husband with advanced Parkinson's for the past 2 years without their support. The fact their company specializes in Parkinson's and dementia care is what attracted me to them in the Cary area. I was so impressed with the thorough training their caregivers receive. The owners, Hannah and Ryan, are very professional, responsive, and supportive. Matching caregivers for my husband's specific needs was critical. Every new caregiver was personally introduced by the staff, oriented, and then followed-up with to make sure it was a good fit. And, this was regardless of whether I needed a day shift, overnight shift, in my home, in a hospital, rehab center, or senior living facility. They were very meticulous in developing a detailed care plan and were flexible when that care plan had to change. I also appreciated their commitment to finding dependable, reliable caregivers and their promise to find substitutes for last minute cancellations. I am also extremely grateful for the long-term dedication shown by many of their caregivers especially John, Tia, and Justin. My husband developed a true friendship with John who was with him most every weekday for 2 years! The continuity of care made all the different with my husband's quality of life. I cannot say enough positive things about every aspect of this company. So many thanks to Senior Helpers staff and caregivers!
