My mother was just in this center for approximately five weeks. She received spectacular care. The rooms were cleaned daily. She was given able opportunity for physical and occupational therapy. She was monitored by nurses and patient care assistants regularly. The staff that I met over the five weeks were very friendly and professional. And to round out all direct service aspects of this facility, the food was even good. If she were to need rehabilitative care again I would definitely bring her to this center again.

My nephew moved from Tennessee to Mississippi. He has dealt with a disease for years and it was time for help. We are truly blessed that we found Senatobia Healthcare. I was very happy to see that the facility was so clean and odor free. He has gotten the care that he needs and the staff is so friendly. And he really loves the food and his therapy team. I would highly recommend this home for your loved ones.

I had a lung infection and wanted to go to the hospital. The NP would not let me go because she said the X-ray didn’t show anything. I didn’t have a XRay. I was spitting up green mucus which means infection. NP came in my room and she got my records and no XRay. She said she ordered it. I should have been in the hospital. I with to Campbell clinic for my back and had a procedure for 5/21. I stop my eliquis on Sunday. They had it in the computer starting on 5/20. So they cancel my appt. They don’t do their jobs. People keeps quitting this place. I understand why now

Placed my mother there for rehabilitation to get her back on her feet walking again. Was told it would take 2-3 weeks and this place was highly recommended. Met with the administration and was told they had no COVID issues and if any patient tested positive they would be quarantined from the rest of the patients. This was in mid October of 2020. On November 4,2020 I was informed that my mother had been transferred by ambulance to Baptist DeSoto and they told me they believed she had a stroke or heart attack. Once I arrived at the hospital the doctor told us she was COVID positive and had double pneumonia. My mother died on November 19, 2020. Not one time did anyone from the staff or administration reach out to us after she was hospitalized. After my mothers passing I discovered that they lied to me about their COVID situation at the facility. They took my mother in knowing that almost 80% of their patients were positive for COVID. The problems we had with the staff in her short stay there was plentiful and daily. They lied to me or I would have never placed my mother there with the knowledge that they were in the middle of a large outbreak. The administrator lied straight to my face!! This facility is solely responsible for my mother’s death. My advice…..do not place your loved one in their care or you will regret it. It took me three years to finally give these degenerates the review they deserve.
